Text
1.A district is limited to property within a residential subdivision that was in existence
priortoJanuary1, 2007, andthathasreceivedcountyroadservicespursuanttoanagreement
between the county and residents of the subdivision prior to July 1, 2008.
2.Subject to the limitations in subsection 1, a district may include all or parts of the
unincorporated areas of one township and any unincorporated areas of adjoining townships
or parts of adjoining townships.
