Text
Whenever property of the state of Iowa, or any political subdivision thereof, shall be
included either wholly or in part within the water district and the state of Iowa or the political
subdivision owns facilities which may be used as a part of such water system, the executive
council, board of supervisors, or city council, as the case may be, may permit the use of the
facilities for such consideration and on such terms as may be agreed upon with the board
of trustees.
