Allsuchanticipatorywarrantsshallbesignedbythechairpersonoftheboardofsupervisors
and attested by the county auditor with the auditor’s official seal attached thereto, and dated
as of the date of sale, and shall not be sold for less than par value. Said bonds may be drawn
andsoldfromtimetotimeastheneedforfundstocarryoutthepurposeofthischapterarises.
