Text
Any corporation, company, or individual owning or operating a railway within the
state, neglecting or refusing to make the required reports by the date fixed by rule of the
department, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a schedule “one” penalty for each and
every day of delay in making the same after the date thus fixed.
