Text
A person interested in enforcing an order or requirement of the department of
transportation or the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing, may file a petition
against the violator, alleging the failure to comply with the order or requirement and
asking for summary relief to the same extent and in the same manner as the department of
transportation or the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing may under section
327C.28, and the proceedings after the filing of the petition shall be the same as in section
327C.28.
