Text
The director may enter into reciprocity agreements with the authorized representatives of
any jurisdiction, exempting nonresidents of this state using the highways of this state from
theregistrationrequirementsofchapter321andpaymentoffeestothisstate,withconditions,
restrictions, and privileges the director deems advisable.
