Text
It is the policy of this state to promote and encourage the fullest possible use of the
state’s highway system by authorizing the negotiation and execution of motor vehicle
reciprocity agreements. Apportioned registration shall be conducted in accordance with
the international registration plan with respect to vehicles registered in this and other
jurisdictions, thus contributing to the economic and social development and growth of this
state.
