Text
Failure to provide proper persons with disabilities parking spaces as provided in section
321L.5 or to properly display persons with disabilities parking signs as provided in section
321L.6 is a simple misdemeanor punishable as a scheduled violation under section 805.8A,
subsection 1, paragraph “c”.
