BILLBOARDCONTROL 2021 Acts, ch 39, §15. 306C.10 Definitions. 306C.24 Compensation for sign removal. SUBCHAPTER I JUNKYARD BEAUTIFICATION 306C.1 Definitions. For the purposes of this subchapter unless the context otherwise requires:

1.“Department” means the state department of transportation.
2.“Interstate highway” includes “interstate road” and “interstate system” and means any highway of the national highway system at any time officially designated as a part of the national system of interstate and defense highways by the department and approved by the appropriate authority of the federal government.
3.“Junk” means old or scrap copper, brass, rope, rags, batteries, paper, trash, rubber debris, waste, or junked, dismantled, or wrecked automobiles, or parts of automobiles, or iron, steel
