Text
1.Within ten days after the petition is filed, the area education agency administrator shall
fix a final date for filing objections to the petition which shall be not more than sixty days
after the petition is filed and shall fix the date for a hearing on the objections to the petition.
Objections shall be filed in the office of the administrator who shall give notice at least ten
days prior to the final day for filing objections, by one publication in a newspaper published
within the territory described in the petition, or if none is published in the territory, in a
newspaper published in the county where the petition is filed, and of general circulation in
the territory described. The notice shall also list the date, time, and location for the hearing
on the petition as provided in sect
