Eachschooldistrictshallcontinueabodypoliticasaschoolcorporation, unlesschangedas
provided by law, and as such may sue and be sued, hold property, and exercise all the powers
granted by law, and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all school matters over the territory
therein contained.
