Text
The assent of the legislature of the state of Iowa is hereby given to the provisions and
requirements of the congressional Act approved February 24, 1925, commonly known as
the Purnell Act; and that, in accordance with the requirements thereof, the state agrees to
devote the moneys thus received to the more complete endowment and maintenance of the
agricultural experiment station of the Iowa state university of science and technology as
provided in said Act.
