Text
Thedepartment, inconsultationwiththedepartmentofeducation, shallcoordinatethejobs
training program. A project shall not be funded under this chapter unless the department
approves the project. The department shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A governing
theprogram’soperationandeligibilityforparticipationintheprogram. Thedepartmentshall
establish by rule criteria for determining what constitutes an eligible business.
