Child support services or the district court may include language in any new or modified
support order issued on or after July 1, 1994, notifying the obligor that the obligor is subject
totheprovisionsofthischapter. However, thischapterissufficientnoticeforimplementation
of administrative levy provisions without further notice of the provisions of this chapter.
