Text
Asupportordermeetingallofthefollowingconditionsiseligibleforreviewandadjustment under this subchapter:
1.The support order is subject to the jurisdiction of this state for the purposes of
adjustment.
2.Thesupportorderprovidesfortheongoingsupportofatleastonechildundertheageof
eighteenorachildbetweentheagesofeighteenandnineteenwhohasnotyetgraduatedfrom
high school but who is reasonably expected to graduate from high school before attaining the
age of nineteen.
3.Child support services is providing enforcement services for the ongoing support
obligation pursuant to chapter 252B.
