Text
The department shall annually submit a report to the governor and the general assembly
withdetailsrelatedtothedepartment’sreviewofthefundsadministeredby,andtheoutcomes
and effectiveness of, the behavioral health services provided by, the behavioral health service
system established in section 225A.3.
