Text
It shall be unlawful for any person to charge a fee, service charge or exchange for the
cashing of a warrant issued in payment of state supplementary assistance, or to discount
or pay less than the face value of any warrant drawn in payment of such assistance, when
cashing such a warrant or accepting it in payment of the purchase price of goods, services,
rent, taxes or indebtedness.
