Text
The agency responsible for the placement of the child shall create a case permanency plan. In addition to requirements stated in section 232.2, subsection 6, the plan shall also include but not be limited to:
1.Time frames to meet the stated permanency goal and short-term objectives.
2.The care and services that will be provided to the child, biological parents, the child’s
fictive kin, and foster parents.
3.The efforts to place the child with a relative or fictive kin.
4.The rationale for an out-of-state placement, and the efforts to prevent such placement,
if the child has been placed out of state.
