Text
1.The state board shall establish local citizen foster care review boards to review cases of
childrenreceivingfostercare. Thedepartmentshalldiscontinueitsfostercarereviewprocess
for those children reviewed by local boards as local boards are established and operating.
The state board shall select a minimum of five members and a maximum of seven members
to serve on each local board. The actual number of local boards needed and established
shall be determined by the state board. The members of each local board shall, to the extent
possible, reflect the various racial and ethnic groups and various occupations of their district.
