Text
1.A person shall not do any of the following:
a.Sell motor fuel containing more than trace amounts of MTBE in this state.
b.Store motor fuel containing more than trace amounts of MTBE in a motor fuel storage
tank located in this state.
2.As used in this section, “trace amounts” means not more than one-half of one percent
by volume.
