Text
1.A person shall not deny access to any authorized inspectors upon the presentation
of proper identification at any reasonable time to establishments and to all parts of such
premises for the purposes of making inspections under this chapter.
2.When meat has been inspected and approved by the department, such inspection will
be equal to federal inspection and therefore may be accepted by state agencies and political
subdivisions of the state and no other inspection can be required.
a.An inspection of products placed in any container at any official establishment shall

not be deemed to be complete until the products are sealed or enclosed therein under the
supervision of an inspector.
