Text
The corporation known as the Iowa corn growers association incorporated under the
laws of this state shall be entitled to the benefits of this chapter by filing each year with
the department verified proofs of its organization, names of its officers, and five hundred
persons who are bona fide members thereof together with such other information as the
department may require.
