ThecorporationknownastheIowasoybeanassociationincorporatedunderthelawsofthis
state shall be entitled to the benefits of this chapter by filing each year with the secretary a
verifiedproofofitsorganization, thenamesofitsofficers, andanyotherinformationrequired
by the secretary.
