Text
The Iowa state dairy association shall:
1.Promote dairy test associations, shows, and sales.
2.Publish a breeders’ directory.
3.Furnish such general instruction and assistance, either by institutes or otherwise, as it
may deem proper, to advance the general interests of the dairy industry.
4.Make an annual report of the proceedings and expenditures to the secretary of
agriculture.
