Text
The Iowa crop improvement association may employ one or more competent persons to
carry out the provisions of this chapter as directed by the association’s board of directors.
The board may employ an executive director. A person employed by the board shall receive
compensation and necessary expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the
association as provided by its board of directors.
