Text
1.Application for a license as a dealer or broker or as an agent shall be made in writing
to the department. The application shall state the nature of the business, the municipal
corporation, township and county, the post office address at which the business is to be
conducted, and such additional information as the department may prescribe.
2.The applicant upon satisfying the department of the applicant’s character and good
faithinseekingtoengageinsuchbusinessanduponcomplyingwithsuchotherrequirements

specified in this chapter, shall be issued by the department a license to conduct the business
of a dealer, broker, or agent at the place named in the application.
