Text
Thedepartmentshallinspecteachplacelicensedunderthischapteratleastonceeachyear,
and as often as it deems necessary, and shall see that the licensee conducts the business in
conformity to this chapter and the rules made by the department. For a failure or refusal by
any licensee to obey the provisions of this chapter or said rules, the department shall suspend
or revoke the license held by such licensee.
