Text
As used in this chapter:
1.“Classical swine fever” means the contagious, infectious, and communicable disease of
swine commonly known as hog cholera.
2.“Destroy” means condemn under state authority and slaughter or otherwise kill as a
result of or pursuant to such condemnation.
3.“Exposed” means all swine in physical contact with a known infected herd or tended
by a person having direct contact with an infected herd.
