Iftheownerrequeststhedepartmenttoinspectandtestbreedingswineforbrucellosis, and
agreestocomplywiththerulesmadebythedepartmentundersection163A.9,thedepartment
may designate a veterinarian to make an inspection and test, with the expense to be paid as
provided in section 164.6 for cattle brucellosis testing.
