Text
The department shall establish, assess, and collect fees as provided in this section.
1.A commercial establishment shall pay authorization fees to the department for the
issuance or renewal of a certificate of registration, state license, or permit.
a.For the issuance or renewal of a certificate of registration, seventy-five dollars.
b.For the issuance or renewal of a state license or permit, one hundred seventy-five
dollars.
2.The department shall retain all fees that it collects under this section for the exclusive
purpose of administering and enforcing the provisions of this chapter. The fees shall be
considered appropriated receipts as defined in section 8.2. The general assembly shall
