Text
Whenever there shall be payable by the federal government to counties or school districts
of the state any sums of money because of the fact that such school districts or counties
are entitled to a share of the receipts from the operation of the federal government of flood
control projects within any county of the state, such payments shall be payable to the county
treasurer of any county in which such payments become due.
