Text
1.A licensee or person holding a temporary permit shall notify the department in writing
of the address of the place where the licensee or permittee engages or intends to engage
in business as a hearing aid specialist. The department shall keep a record of the place of
business of licensees and persons holding temporary permits.
2.Any notice required to be given by the department to a licensee shall be adequately
served if sent by certified mail to the address of the last place of business recorded.
