Text
A respiratory care practitioner who in good faith renders emergency care at the scene of
an emergency is not liable for civil damages as a result of acts or omissions by the person
5 RESPIRATORY CARE, §152B.14
rendering the emergency care. This section does not grant immunity from liability for civil
damages when the respiratory care practitioner is grossly negligent.
