Text
Notwithstanding section 147.21, individual pass or fail examination results made available
from the authorized national testing agency may be disclosed to the appropriate licensing
authority in another state, the District of Columbia, or a territory or country, and the
board-approved education program, for purposes of verifying accuracy of national data and
determining program approval.
