Text
1.Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, a person who knowingly violates any
provision of this chapter, or of the rules of the department or a local board, or any lawful
order, written or oral, of the department or board, or of their officers or authorized agents, is
guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
2.Notwithstanding subsection 1, an individual who repeatedly fails to file any mandatory
report specified in this chapter is subject to a report being made to the licensing board
governing the professional activities of the individual. The department shall notify the
