Text

1.Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, a person who knowingly violates any provision of this chapter, or of the rules of the department or a local board, or any lawful order, written or oral, of the department or board, or of their officers or authorized agents, is guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
2.Notwithstanding subsection 1, an individual who repeatedly fails to file any mandatory report specified in this chapter is subject to a report being made to the licensing board governing the professional activities of the individual. The department shall notify the §139A.25, COMMUNICABLE AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES AND POISONINGS 12 individual each time that the department determines that the individual has failed to file a required report.
