Text
Any person who practices speech-language pathology or audiology or who offers or pretends to practice or holds himself or herself out as eligible to practice speech-language pathology or audiology and who is not legally registered or licensed under this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day or fraction of a day that such person practices in violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
