§ 43-39-19 — Penalty
Georgia·Title 43
Any person who violates this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined no less than $100.00 nor more than $1,000.00 and may be imprisoned for a term not to exceed 12 months for such violation.
