Text
No person shall, unless such person is licensed in accordance with this article:
(1)Practice occupational therapy or assist in the practice of occupational therapy; or (2) Hold himself or herself out as an occupational therapist or an occupational therapy assistant or as being able to render occupational therapy services in this state.
