Text
(a)It shall be the duty of all duly constituted law enforcement officers of this state and of the political subdivisions of this state to enforce this chapter and to prosecute any person violating this chapter.
(b)The Attorney General or his or her designated assistant shall act as legal adviser to the board and render such legal assistance as may be necessary in carrying out this chapter.
(c)Except as provided in Code Section 25-2-14 , it shall be the duty of all public officials charged with the responsibility of enforcing codes related to construction to require compliance with Code Section 43-15-24 before engineering plans, drawings, and specifications are approved by construction. Except as provided in Code Section 25-2-14 , no construction which is subject to Code Section 43-15-24
