§ 39-4a-2 — [See Note] "Deprived" defined

As used in Article III of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children contained in Code Section 39-4A-7 , the term "deprived" means, with reference to this state, the same as the term "dependent child" as defined in Code Section 15-11-2 .
