Authority is granted for the General Assembly, the House of Representatives, and the Senate each to have a seal. The Lieutenant Governor, the Speaker of the House, the Secretary of the Senate, and the Clerk of the House are authorized to use the seal of the General Assembly. The Lieutenant Governor and the Secretary of the Senate are authorized to use the seal of the Senate. The Speaker of the House and the Clerk of the House are authorized to use the seal of the House of Representatives. The Secretary of State is authorized and directed to provide three seals of the General Assembly, placing one in the custody of the Secretary of the Senate, placing one in the custody of the Clerk of the House, and retaining custody of one.
