Text
In all cases, the clerk shall enter the notice and award thereon upon the minutes of the court, and the condemnor shall pay:
(1)The assessors' costs as provided in Code Section 22-2-40 ; and (2) Other costs as provided by law in civil cases in the superior court. The condemnee shall pay the assessors' costs as provided in Code Section 22-2-40 .
