The special master is required to take the following oath to be filed along with the order of his appointment in the office of the clerk of the superior court of the county in which the property or interest to be condemned is situated: I, __________________, do swear that I will faithfully, well, and truly perform the duties of special master under the condemnation law, according to law and to the best of my skill and ability. __________________ Sworn to and subscribed before me this __________________ day of __________________, __________________. __________________ (Title and authority of attesting officer)
