Text
It shall be unlawful:
(1)To plant cotton in any eradication zone in which planting has been prohibited by the Commissioner;
(2)To alter, forge, counterfeit, or engage in the unauthorized use of any certificate, permit, or other document provided for in this article; or (3) To store or handle any regulated article in the eradication zone or to move a regulated article into, through, or from the eradication zone in violation of the purposes of this article.
