Text
A soil amendment shall be considered misbranded if:
(1)Its label or labeling is false or misleading in any particular;
(2)It is distributed under the name of another soil amendment; or (3) It is represented as a soil amendment or is represented to contain a soil amendment unless such soil amendment conforms to the definition, if any, prescribed by the Commissioner by regulation.
