Text
(a)Any person who knowingly publishes, disseminates, or otherwise discloses the location of a family violence shelter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b)This Code section shall not apply to:
(1)Confidential communications between a client and his or her attorney; or (2) Instances when such publication, dissemination, or disclosure is authorized by the director of the shelter.
