Text

The department shall establish a computer based registry of account data obtained from financial institutions doing business in this state. Such registry shall include only identifying information for obligors whom the child support enforcement agency believes owe child support and who are not under a child support order, and for obligors who are delinquent in an amount equal to or in excess of their support payment for one month. Such registry shall be known as the Department of Human Services Bank Match Registry. The child support enforcement agency shall be the sole agency with access to this data.
