Text
The corporation established under this part may enter into contracts to operate correctional work programs with any county or municipal authority that operates a correctional facility or with a contractor authorized under chapter 944 or chapter 957 to operate a contractor-operated correctional facility. The corporation has the same powers, privileges, and immunities in carrying out such contracts as it has under this chapter.
