Text

Every conservator, before exercising his or her authority as conservator, shall take oath that he or she will faithfully perform his or her duties as conservator and will render true accounts whenever required according to law, which oath may be administered by any officer authorized to administer oaths under the laws of this state. Such oath shall be filed with the court.
