Text

As a minimum requirement for permanent office records, each licensed service warranty association shall maintain:

(1)A complete set of accounting records, including, but not limited to, a general ledger, cash receipts and disbursements journals, accounts receivable registers, and accounts payable registers.
(2)A detailed warranty register of warranties in force, by unique identifier. The register shall include the unique identifier, date of issue, issuing sales representative, name of warranty holder and the location of the property to the extent the name and address have been furnished by the warranty holder, warranty period, gross premium, commission to sales representative, and net premium.
